Supper Clubs
Our regular supper clubs are a fantastic chance for Banstead foodies to enjoy top quality food from some incredibly talented chefs. CHAI’s intimate, striking and chilled setting lends itself perfectly to a night of excellent flavours, wine and specially selected cocktails.
From a CHAI supper club, you can expect the opportunity to embark on a culinary journey from leading chefs who have worked around the world at top 5* hotels and restaurants. So far we have had MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist Charith Mallawa cooking a Sri Lankan feast, ant&greg with their modern eclectic and innovative style and Richie Tewnion with his Middle Eastern influenced food.
The chefs each design a tasting style menu with their signature dishes for you and we choose a complimenting cocktail and wine choice, which are available to purchase on the night. On the evening the chefs always give a short talk about their menu and of course after service are happy to have a chat and answer any questions.

Our next Supper Club is here... and we're taking you on a journey through South America.
Created by chefs Thomas Bisset and Taylor Watts, this four-course menu celebrates the bold, vibrant flavours of South America, with dishes inspired by Peru, Brazil, Bolivia and Ecuador.
From fresh salsas and grilled red snapper to an indulgent Ecuadorian dessert, it's a menu designed to be shared, enjoyed and talked about long after the last course.
