Supper Clubs
Our regular supper clubs are a fantastic chance for Banstead foodies to enjoy top quality food from some incredibly talented chefs. CHAI’s intimate, striking and chilled setting lends itself perfectly to a night of excellent flavours, wine and specially selected cocktails.
From a CHAI supper club, you can expect the opportunity to embark on a culinary journey from leading chefs who have worked around the world at top 5* hotels and restaurants. So far we have had MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist Charith Mallawa cooking a Sri Lankan feast, ant&greg with their modern eclectic and innovative style and Richie Tewnion with his Middle Eastern influenced food.
The chefs each design a tasting style menu with their signature dishes for you and we choose a complimenting cocktail and wine choice, which are available to purchase on the night. On the evening the chefs always give a short talk about their menu and of course after service are happy to have a chat and answer any questions.

We’re super excited to launch our next Supper Club - ‘A Taste of the Med’ by Faye Hardy.
Expect a relaxed evening of Greek inspired dishes, summer flavours and lovely food shared around the table at CHAI.
The menu includes:
• Griddled asparagus with halloumi pesto
• Tahini chickpeas & flatbreads
• Chicken keftedes with tzatziki potatoes & tomato salad
• Chocolate mousse with Greek Grove olive oil & sea salt
Tickets are limited and our supper clubs do tend to sell out quickly, so we’d recommend booking sooner rather than later if you’d like to join us.
